Part Time Office Administrator

Aspect Electrical Contractors are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated part time office administrator.  This role involves working alongside the office manager and other members of the team. It is important that you are a friendly person with exceptional communication and planning skills.

Your duties will include:

  • General office tasks
  • Inputting data to accounts, Microsoft Applications and other applications
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Responding to queries
  • Managing and responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Computer literate is essential preferably with Microsoft Application experience
  • You will be required to work afternoons till 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Must be flexible for holiday cover

Pay will be discussed depending on experience
