Sales and Customer Service Administrator


Hectic Ltd, a busy International Distribution Company.

Looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join our small and busy team in our modern and vibrant offices based in East Wittering south of Chichester for one of our brands, Stance.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Sales order processing
  • Receptionist duties when needed
  • General office admin
  • Adhoc duties for the sales and finance teams as required

Skills required:

  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task, be organised and meet deadlines
  • Liaising with other staff and external customers via telephone and email
  • Strong IT skills

Full time – permanent

Salary based, negotiable dependant on experience.
